Rapid Rescore is mortgage software. It gives brokers and lending companies a single system for the work that surrounds a credit file: the client pipeline, the report, the disputes raised against it, and the reporting that follows.

It is sold to the professionals who need the outcome, not to the consumer. Organisations run their own clients and their own pricing on the platform, and route the work they would rather not process themselves into our queue.

Engaged Destinations

Engaged Destinations manages and operates short-term rental homes across Naples and Florida's Gulf Coast, from the booking through to the housekeeping.

The distinction that matters is ownership: Engaged holds homes in the same market it manages for others. It is answerable to the standard it sets, because it is subject to it.

Seagate Works

Seagate Works is a workspace for Naples professionals who want a proper place to work without the scale — or the noise — of a large coworking floor.

Eight glazed and lockable studies, twelve open desks, and ten counter seats on a single ground floor across from Waterside. Membership is capped on purpose. We would rather be full than crowded.

Tidegate Properties LLC

Tidegate Properties holds the group's real estate — residential and commercial, acquired to be kept rather than traded.

Where an asset is worth improving it is taken down to what is sound and rebuilt properly. Where it is already working, it is left alone. The test is the same either way: does it still make sense in ten years.
